At Balmoral, we’re proud to honour our roots as we step confidently into the future.
After four wonderful decades, we’re excited to announce that Balmoral is now officially Balmoral Gardens Village. While the name has evolved over time, this marks a joyful return to our origins — because some things are simply too special to leave behind.
When Balmoral first opened in 1984 as Balmoral Gardens Retirement Village, its lush, expansive gardens were one of its defining features. Today, that remains just as true. Across more than 20 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds, residents enjoy winding paths, flowering trees, vibrant plantings, and peaceful spots to sit and soak up the serenity.
Time and again, we hear the same heartfelt feedback: “The gardens are such a significant part of what makes this place feel so special.” For visitors, for families, and especially for our residents, the gardens are a daily delight — a space to connect, to unwind, to reflect, and to share.
So, in celebration of what makes Balmoral truly unique, we’re bringing the “Gardens” proudly back into our name. It’s a tribute to our heritage and a celebration of the village we are today.
