What a fantastic way to celebrate our 2026 AFL Footy Tipping winners!

Our Winner’s Morning Tea was full of laughs, good company and plenty of meat pies. It was wonderful to see everyone getting into the fun, with team scarves, footy colours, big smiles and even an impressive footy tattoo!

At Balmoral, we treasure the sense of belonging and community that makes village life so special. Events like our footy tipping competition are a great example of how residents come together, make new connections, share a laugh and enjoy being part of something bigger.

Whether you were a serious tipper or simply enjoyed having a go each week, the friendly competition brought plenty of excitement throughout the season and created some wonderful memories along the way.

A special thank you to Geoff, Steve and Margaret for organising the competition and keeping us all guessing throughout the season.
