Balmoral was absolutely buzzing last week as the village hosted its much-loved annual Christmas celebration — an evening that brought more than 80 residents together for festive cheer, great food, and a whole lot of dancing.

We’re proud to share that our very own gardener, Liam Haylock, was recently featured on the popular ABC television program Gardening Australia.

After four wonderful decades, we’re excited to announce that Balmoral is now officially Balmoral Gardens Village.

The Balmoral Village community came together to celebrate one of its own — the remarkable Maree Pennington — and the launch of her autobiography.

Balmoral Village is a community within a community. A private, safe, secluded oasis of landscaped gardens, beautiful villa units and open spaces around a central community centre that is a hive of activity.

Balmoral Village hosted its third annual Residents versus Staff Bowls Day, where both teams engaged in friendly competition and laughter, with the residents ultimately emerging victorious.

Balmoral Village unveiled its brand-new fitness centre and fully appointed meeting room on 12 November, coinciding with our Balmoral Open Day later that afternoon.
