Balmoral hosts regular Open Days. It’s a fantastic opportunity to experience the vibrancy, community and diversity of village life. The Balmoral Club is abuzz, with activities groups, stalls and entertainment. Take a private tour of our villa units and apartments with our resident hosts, and enjoy a cup of tea and a chat.
Private Tours
Call the Village and our friendly team to arrange a private village tour. Spend time running through all the options, having your questions answered and getting to know the village. We’ll spend as much time with you as you need.

Balmoral offers a virtual video tour of our units via this website. Simply click our 'Home' page and scroll to the Virtual Tour section. Click the play button and use your mouse to view and follow the 'circle' icons to 'walk' through our plans and layouts.
Information Booklets
Balmoral offers comprehensive information packs which include a Fact Sheet setting out key aspects of the village offering (eg. financial arrangements, ownership, management, facilities, services, accreditation etc), a brochure and other detailed information. To request a pack, please contact our friendly village staff.

Join our mailing list to stay connected with the village and receive our Balmoral newsletter three times each year. We may also write to you periodically to keep you updated with other village developments.
Waiting List
Join our waiting list by paying a fully refundable deposit of $1,000. This will ensure that you are informed as soon as a unit or apartment becomes available that meets your needs. Waiting list deposits are lodged in a solicitor's trust account and are refundable on demand. If you decide to proceed then the deposit will form part of your ingoing contribution.
