Balmoral Village unveiled its brand-new fitness centre and fully appointed meeting room on 12 November, coinciding with our Balmoral Open Day later that afternoon.

Milestone Alert! Balmoral Village warmly welcomes its 1000th residents. We’re thrilled to reach this incredible milestone.

On Thursday 8 of August, our Balmoral Directors hosted their annual Cocktail Party for residents and staff. This year was made extra special as it was a joint celebration to commemorate Balmoral’s 40th Birthday.

In late July, Balmoral hosted its own Mini Olympics. The Opening Ceremony was a whole of village affair.

One of more than 50 activities and events at the village, the “Balmoral Speaker’s Group” has been organized by residents since 2005. The breadth of speakers is diverse, interesting and always entertaining!

Balmoral’s bowling green is first-class. Very few villages can boast a full size, 8-rink championship green. With a pro-master super cushion synthetic surface. And right in the heart of the village, for every resident to enjoy.

The “Balmoral Speaker’s Group” has run since 2005. Meeting twice a month, residents are entertained by stories from those within the community and interesting guests from outside the village.
