There’s nothing better than some healthy competition! Especially when it involves fun, teamwork, bonding and plenty of laughs. For those who participated in Balmoral’s inaugural ‘Residents and Staff Bowls Competition’, it was that and much more.

Balmoral has always had strong ties with local community. None more so than with the Vermont South Bowling Club.

If it’s activities, events and a vibrant lifestyle you’re after, you cannot beat Balmoral. It may be “music to your ears” to hear that music is an important component of many of the things on offer at the village.

It’s with great pride that we celebrate Balmoral resident, Noel Addicoat. Knox City Council awarded Noel the prestigious “Senior Citizen of the Year” for 2023.

With Spring upon us, the village is in a vibrant, happy and positive mood. The perfect setting for Balmoral’s Director’s Party!

With the AFL home and away season complete, and finals underway, Balmoral hosted its annual AFL Footy Tipping Competition “Winners Morning Tea”. For the first time in competition history, Balmoral celebrated five joint winners for the 2022 season.

The achievements of Margaret Addicoat and the Balmoral knitting group, and their dedication, selflessness and commitment to those in need, is just one example of community spirit at Balmoral.

With the current restrictions delaying our Director’s Cocktail Party again this year, we didn’t want residents to miss out. So residents enjoyed a bottle of bubbly, some chocolates and something savoury on us!
